Black and white to color

Image
I chose a black and white image of myself to place in photoshop and chose 5 different color palettes to use for my images. I had a lot of fun working in photoshop. It is definitely very picky and you have to have a lot of patience in order for the my photos to look realistic.

Poster

Here I have created a poster of myself with an inspirational message. To follow your dreams, not who's in front of you. The star in my eye is there to resemble that it is important to always be shooting for the stars and chase your dream.

Mesh Project

Image
On the left is a photograph of my water bottle. I created a replica of my bottle using the mesh tool on illustrator. This was a unique project in my opinion because I have always wanted to learn how to create a replica of an object.

Caligram

Image
This is a picture of myself that I used for this assignment. I wrote an essay to my future self, describing how I got to where I want to be in the future. I chose important words from the essay and used them to design the different objects and body parts in my face and shoulders. I love how this came out and thought it was a really unique process watching my face change each time I worked on it.

Logos

Image
I have created three different logos that describe me as a person. The first one you see is a straight face with the letter "D" as the nose, representing my determination. In the second logo I drew a mountain and a hiking boot so demonstrate my adventurous self. Lastly I traced a heart and added a curve around the left side in order to create the letter "C" that is represented for the word, caring. I had such a fun time creating my personal logos!
