FMX 210- Sam VanBuren
My name is Sam VanBuren I am currently a sophomore who transferred in this semester from Virginia Tech. I decided on this university because it had the major I am most interested in. Also, I have family not too far from Tampa which is awesome to have considering I am from Syracuse, New York. The weather is a bonus too because I can't stand the cold. I am an advertising and public relations major, with advertising as my creative track. I chose this specific major here at The University of Tampa because it best suits everything I am looking for. I am excited to work with photoshop, adobe, and indesign this semester as well as learn how to create an animation. Most of the digital tools that were discussed in class will be new for me, besides garageband, which I worked with all the way back in middle school.
