Portfolio

This class has finally come to an end. I have dedicated several hours of time to work on these assignments throughout the semester, and some of them like the coding was very confusing and took a lot of time. The caligram is one of my favorite projects I did and I probably spent over 10 hours on it. I have learned a lot from this class and am glad to have learned how to use several of these applications and learn different techniques.

Multiplicity

Here is myself stretching and preparing for a run. I started in a squat position in the front of the image as my starting point. Then I kept the camera in the same spot and just moved myself in the background. Using photoshop and erasing the background I was able to make it look like this photo was taken in one shot. I thought this was really interesting to do and I had fun with taking the different pictures.

Animation

I have created an animation of myself licking mint chocolate chip ice cream. By moving my tongue in three separate frames I was able to show myself actually licking the ice cream. I made my eyes roll to enhance the idea of how excited I was while eating the delicious ice cream. This was one of my favorite projects in FMX 210 so far because it was fun to create and there is so much you can do with these type of tools.
